“This House” Concert with Natalie Kendel
Not yet a memory and hopefully not for a long time to come, we shared in the ministry of young Pastor Derek Simon and his lovely talented wife, Natalie.
Natalie is a very talented musician, artist and song writer and in June she streamed her first concert on YouTube (please forgive me if this is not her first!). Don’t be thrown off by the surname, I think it is her maiden, which she has continued to use professionally.
I really enjoyed it and fully support this vibrant, rich and spiritual talent that she is. She is ever eager to speak of Christ’s love and sings it with a marvellous voice. The choice of songs are inspirational and meditative.
Her music may not be for all, as some people are very fixed in their choices, but it would be fair to listen to a few and form your own opinion. It could be said that it is more new age classical rather than traditional gospel. Even so, the bottom line is that she is one of us, we should all support her to spread the good news that Christ loves us all and shall one day return for us.
