Welcome to Bilston SDA Church
Sabbath Worship Date: October 3rd 2026
Happy Sabbath!
“And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers.”
Acts 2:42
We are moving to a new website - https://bilstonadventistchurch.co.uk/ Visit us there!
This Sabbath is Media Day with visiting speaker Elder Clive Ferguson, who is no stranger as he is one of the founding elders of Bilston Church. We are hapy to have him speak to us the Word of Lord. His sermon title is “By Word of Mouth.” This is also the theme of the day and a whole day program with a fellowship lunch.
Scripture reading is Romans 10:13-17 NIV:
13 for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
14 How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? 15 And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”
16 But not all the Israelites accepted the good news. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our message?” 17 Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.
The Secrets of Prophecy series continues on the first and third Sabbaths of every month after Sabbath service. The next lesson is titled - "14 - Who is the Antichrist Part 2." Last Sabbath (5th September) it was Part 1 - Who is the Antichrist? The series todate is available on the Church YouTube channel here.
