New Pastor
The Bilston Church family said goodbye to outgoing Pastor J. Nicholson and welcomed our new pastor along with a re-organised Church circuit of Churches including Pendeford and GBK Churches.
On Sabbath 2nd January 2021, Pastor Dan Majaducon was introduced to the Church during the Adult Sabbath School. He mixed well with those present and that speaks volumes for the future of the little Church in Bilston. His first sermon was on the 16th of January 2021 which can be seen here.
He and his family can be seen on the Pastor's page and his greetings to the Church here.

Let's Follow Our Marching Orders
A message from Pastor J. Nicholson
I believe in the testimony of scripture that in everything God works to fulfil his greater purpose, in the life of humanity. Two things stand out to me in this current crisis -

A Message from Our First Elder
Good afternoon brethren, we would all agreed that we are facing a crisis which no one could see coming. Only God knew what we would be experiencing and he wants us to put our trust in him. I cannot help thinking about the incident recorded in Luke 8:22-25. Jesus and his disciples were on a ship and a storm developed, of which the disciples have never seen or experienced before, they thought that they were going to die, until they called on Jesus, who was able to make things right. I believe that Jesus wants us to look to him. He will do more than we can ever asked for.
As you're aware, all the churches will be closed for the next 4 weeks starting from Sabbath 21st March. During these weeks ahead the Elders, deacons and deaconess will be providing pastoral care, including any practical help that may be required.
Let us continue to pray for each other and for those in our community. God bless
Elder Griffiths

Guiding Light
This song has a very special meaning for many people. The song was performed with singer Donna Taggart and the Omagh Community Youth Choir. It was written by Foy Vance. The Children have song this song twice now and each time it seems to get better. The congregation response to their rendition was very good. Clarence Crosdale is on the piano.

Does Youth Week
of Prayer matter?
20-27 March 2021
Youth Week of Prayer has never had the profile given to the November ‘Annual Week of Prayer’, or even the more recent January ‘Ten Days of Prayer and Revival’. It is tempting for those of us well past our youth to think: Good for them; nothing to do with me.
